A key benefit of using managed services is the reduction of downtime. The more services that are managed, the less time that certain systems will be down. However, even with managed systems and downtime, there will still be times when a system or piece of equipment will experience a problem. In this case, your role as the administrator of your managed system would be to respond quickly and efficiently so that users can get back online soon after the problem has been fixed.
